- The congregation at The Levels is comprised of worshippers from Middlezoy and Westonzoyland
- Services 1st Sunday of the month at 10.30 in Middlezoy - Joint Service every other month with the Middlezoy Anglican congregation, either in the Chapel or in Holy Cross, Middlezoy. 2nd Sunday - no service. 3rd Sunday - Circuit Service of HC at 6.30 at the chapel. 4th Sunday - no service.
- Every quarter there is a united service of Holy Communion at Westonzoyland Parish Church of St Mary
- The chapel is at the end of old chapel road on church road
